No, it's free. You can just pay to get some special features.

uh second to the bottom= Vulshok Morning star converted mana cost of 2

I play 1 plains and tap it to play Planer Guide Creature-Cleric 1/1 speical ability tap 3 mana and 1 plain Remove Planer Guide from the game: remove all creatures from the game. At the end of turn, return those cards to play under their owner's control

I'm going to assume that's all. By the way, instead of troubling yourself to type out all effects (and me, too), just use Wizards.com's Gatherer to look up anything you don't know.

Anyway. Draw, Plains, tap for Chromatic Sphere, and done.
