WHYYYYY is zOMG gone & is it ever coming back? What happened to the old Back Alley bargains NPC?

We were only told it would grant hackers access to the servers and subsequently our accounts. We were not given specifics.

The NPC had a tax issue and go booted from his shop then Lex took over
It's part of a storyline for the NPCs
