The prices are ridiculous...
I don't even have 1bil right now and there's no way I'd by a one post item for 3bil.

Even the DC ones are a little outrageous. Never thought I'd have to put gold shop items on my wishlist.

Anyway, that really has nothing to do with anything. A moot point.
The price hike is completely ridiculous, even the "rich users of GCD" can see that and just because you can afford it, doesn't mean everyone else can, even if it is the GCD.

Yeah, I'm skipping this update.
It's too bad too, 'cause I like the shorts. They'd look cute with a bikini.
The dresses, boots and socks were also nice, but I kind of like my gold.
I'm kind of tired of the way Gaia is trying to handle this inflation.
Way to punish those of us who only have gold to spend. mad

Many here can afford all those items a hundred times but that doesn't mean they can't disagree with the pricing.
I'm thinking of the users who don't roll in cash or gold and the gold shops were pretty much the only thing they had left on here.
It's a pretty annoying move on Gaia's side and I hope they take the negative feedback into consideration next time. If they want to sink gold, they have Loyal's shop, DC and kickstarters.

Those prices in no way are warranted by those items. They just don't match up.

And I think most of the items are pretty ugly, but that's not really the point.

Man, Gaia has been real shitty lately. What's with the new high prices on these GS items? They seem too broken. Why would someone pay a few billion for the items they want? Most users can't even reach 1Bil. Not cool. These aren't even worth 1Bil-3Bil. Seriously, this is just nuts...

I completely agree. Considering they haven't changed the prices, and have ignored everyone's concerns about this I think this is the new normal.

I don't know if anyone has actually knowing bought the items, but I've seen a few who bought them before they realized how absurd the prices were. Even with those people being very vocal about it being a mistake, that's probably all the justification Gaia needs to decide this is the way to go from now on.

Right? I barely have an inclination to spend 2 billion on some cash shop items resold in the Marketplace. These prices are ridiculous! And I really want those pink shorts! Everything else that's being sold isn't even worth 1 Mil in my opinion. They're just like regular gold shop items. People shop in these places because they are lower cost. Be reasonable, Gaia!
