It is confusing. I tested some things out and it has nothing to do with value or rarity (though things worth less than 1000g seem to not be worth any points from what I can tell). I even briefly clicked on my Marauder's Legacy, which is one of a kind, and it was only worth 1 point. Heh.

I've been farming Romani glasses, they cost 90k and yield 3 points.

If you wanted, you could post under a spoiler tag that easy ways to get points include:
Unopened philosopher's cache (1pt each), Jamballon by Dernier*Cri (7pts), or Back Alley Grab Bag (5pts).

That is a good idea I will throw in the Olive Hard Shell Pack (10pts), whichis only 250 k . And the DJ Holiday Headphones (14 pts). Thanks for the idea!

Thanks for this handy guide. I should be getting the 100 items and slots any minute now... aaaany minute.

In any case, do you know what the item grants are? I've heard people talking about a merlin hat, but some people got it level 1 and some people level 2 and some people didnt get it.

I got the hat on level 2 as well, I have no idea what would be in the box for the last one, hence I am still donating. The donating system was really bugged at some point.


maybe it's random? are all the items new? And how many levels are there?

oooh that sounds like a better deal than the dapper pants ive been feeding it (even if they are a 4pt).

Its very possible that is random. The levels are most likely 10, but I wont be surprised if they are more than that.

I'm having quite a bit of fun with this event. You buy Olive Shells for 250k, dump them in, and get the boxes and sell them for more than what you spent on the shells. I see a lot of people complaining about valuable items not worth points, but I have a feeling they're not worth any points because the purpose of this event is to get rid of JUNK items? (Although I must admit there should be a mass-dumping option as well as the REAL junk items being worth something, even if you have to donate 10 for one point. Also; Aquarium items. Srsly. The 1 gaia_gaiagold backgrounds. I would buy all those cheap things off the market and burn 100 of them just for one point. THE AMOUNT OF CIRCULATION OF WORTHLESS AQUARIUM ITEMS IS PAINFUL, I SAY!) Also, parenthesis.

Are you trying to see them at the donation page?
Its possible that your invo is glitching. It happens to me all night. Your potions should be there like 10-15 minutes, at least with me is like that.

You're right, they just showed up.
You're welcome. That should help with the costs for leveling. Hopefully, Gaia will even out the donation points.
