I am guessing that this is a somewhat new item...

It is red and black
It is a top
The sleeves are extra long to where you can not see hands

I don't know what it's called so if anyone knows something about this I would greatly appreciate your help.

close but not quite it. With the arms they are not at the side but slightly stretched out to the sides. the shirt is red and black, I saw it in an announcement but the announcement did not say what it was. There was just a picture.
