Uh, the fact that we've gotten less and less customer-service-friendly. :/ The fact that an associate who throws used needles (like syringes) into a breakroom trashcan inside the store is still working there and I don't think he even got a talking to or anything. So many people who work there just don't care anymore, if they ever did at all. We have one person on our shift who constantly tells off customers and even told a hispanic customer that we don't have the section of "colored" products anymore. It's just... I'm ashamed to work there now and then. Even more so lately.

gonk I don't even know anymore... telling managers on store level obviously isn't working, though I haven't tried talking to the store manager yet (mainly because I never see her scream ) ... I'm probably going to end up calling our ethics hotline.
