Aw man... I'd hate commuting that much! Do you drive or use public transportation?

I have recently moved again. I'm back in Missouri and working the nightshift at a residential treatment facility for messed up kids. I hate it, but I'm gonna stick with it until I can find something better.Public transportation. I don't have a driver's licence in Japan. Since I've mainly worked in cities, there was never a need for me to get one. 3nodding And trust me, I hated it so much last year. whee

Supernatural started out with two women being fridged just so the main charecters could have a character developement, but other then that it is just FEELZ all over the fricking place. Especially when the angel arrives and ... Oh well... I shall save you those spoilers if you havent seen it yet.

Bonus point because they all are rugetly handsome.

Wow, was he so underdeveloped that he required two fridged women? gonk Yes, please save me the spoilers. My life goal is to eventually have time to catch up on popular shows and movies. sweatdrop

Is it harder to get a driver's license in Japan? I recently had to upgrade my license to a class E so I could drive for my employer (which will never happen since I work night shift) and I was blown away by how easy it was. I walked into the licensing office with no appointment and no preparation and came out 30 minutes later with a driver's license. I know in a lot of other countries it's a lot less convenient. whee

I'm really overqualified for this job, and the hours suck. Plus it's just a crappy situation for everyone involved. It's a really high security facility, so the kids have very little freedom. I'm pretty sure most of them act out due to boredom as much as anything else. When the kids are awake, things are always either full fledge chaos or teetering on the edge.

It was a small ceremony at his grandmother's house. Unfortunately the only people on my side who could make it were my mom and stepdad, but I was glad to have them there! Because it was his grandmother's house, some of her friends were there as well, which honestly really made me nervous because I don't handle new people well and I was already stressed enough sweatdrop Aside from his grandmother, he had his mother, father, stepmother, "aunt" (one of his mom's close friends since he was a child), two uncles, two of his best friends and their wives, and another friend.

We had a Justice of the Peace marry us in front of the fireplace, took about five-ten minutes. I cried, his mom and stepmom cried, and I know somebody else cried but I forget who xp

And then there was cake and champagne and the cake was great and we made jokes about how I'm "not a champagne person" which is only funny because my new surname is Champagne.

And then we followed my mom and stepdad to Texas to spend a couple days with them, since we don't see them often. We had brunch at a casino Sunday. I won $100, husband and mom both won around $90. And then yesterday we lay around the house watching Venture Brothers, and went out to this incredible bbq place for lunch, and wandered around the Fort Worth Water Gardens for about an hour.

And today we went out to lunch again, and then drove home. Took about six hours and I basically imploded when we got in the door. It's good to be home again.

Aw man, it gets better!

Checked the mail today to find a big ol' box of CLASSIC POKEMON CARDS waiting on my deck, courtesy of my ex.

I've been saying for YEARS they were in her basement! XD

Actual box proportions are 18x13x3 (inches) and it is CRAMMED fulla cards.
