I was always a chubby kid, but one day when I was about thirteen I decided to start going on walks. It was nice, relaxing, and I didn't feel stressed by feeling that I didn't work out hard enough. I learned that your body is really gonna do its own thing, you just can encourage it to go one way or the other. If you wanna loose weight or get healthy just trust your body, don't be afraid to start small. biggrin
