I've done the survey of the 'Big Fish Games' which required me to buy a game for a certain amount of money. It said it confirms instantly yet once i bought the game (plants vs. zombies) which was on the first page of the website i did not get any Gcash. Can i get support? 3nodding

You'll need to contact the offer provider. In the top righthand corner of the offer page, there's a link labeled, "Support." Click it and find the offer that you haven't been credited for to contact them. Be sure to provide proof (such as the receipt you received) so they know you actually completed the offer.
