Pictures in signature don't work

I tried adding a picture of myself to my signature, but nothing shows up, and I know I did it right.
All it says is "User Image" gonk
Help?

Hm. Give this a try. Under Account Settings, where it says All Signatures, check the box next to Show gaia users' signatures.

Did you upload it via Photobucket or Tinypic? Sometimes other websites can conflict with Gaia causing images to not appear.

I think I know the problem. I checked the image and it exceeds the size limit for signatures. Your image is 600x600 and the limit is 500x500. Maybe try re-sizing it and see what happens.

You aren't using the right code. You need to put the direct image code, the one that ends with .jpg or .png or .gif, between the img tags.
