Do you have a bracelet equipped with that pose. I know some avy's won't show up with a bracelet equipped.

If you cannot see your avatar, try changing your clothes and saving, then change back and save again. f that doesn't work, and clearing your cache still doesn't help, you might need to reboot your computer.
