MOL points ( rejected payment method )

I've already sent a ticket regarding this issue. but in case anyone wants to know I'll post it here.

Around September 20, 2014 of 1-2pm GMT +8 timezone
as I was about to reload gcash via (MOL points via Load Central)
it suddenly prompt me to

"We're sorry, your payment has been declined. If you feel this is in error, please contact us."

I've checked my mol points account and it still have enough balance/mol points
to be converted to gcash.

Please help gaiaonline staff/whoever is in charge of this issue.

It's such a waste not to convert my mol points
which is enough to be converted to gcash of 1k.
