making a new avatar problem

well as you can see my avatar is just a shadow I have a problem
when i tried to create a new avatar there were no other hair styles eyestyles hair or eye color aside from the first one

That problems is already here for days. Wait it out, when the xmas event is over and the mods and admins have time again, they'll fix it.
