i can't access my old account (solved)

so i haven't logged onto my old account for 2 years. i forgot the password so i did the whole get a new password sent to your email thing but then i forgot the password to my email as well. these accounts are very old so i don't know the answers to my security questions. is there any chance of saving my old gaia account?

You may have to send a ticket in to have the email set to a different email.
Just scroll down, hit 'Contact Us', and then scroll down on the page you get to, to find the big 'Click Here'.
Fill out all the areas the best you can, you'll have to prove that your old account really is yours.
It may take quite a while to get a reply, up to a month or a little more. The staff here will try their best to help you.
