Woosh. I delated my character, then tried to redo it - and now ish not working. I'm guessing it's offline, or do I need to pay 10k? I haven't changed my name or gender more then twice...I'm trying to change eye type/color.

Yeah, it's just down. You don't have to pay money for Character Deletions.

Hmm....It makes one wonder when it'll be bacjk up..I don't really like being a red x after all.
