Account Inactivity

Hi, im sure you have already answered numerous questions to this but I was wondering something. My other main account (Son of Crown Royal) was locked due to inactivity. I was gone at a Military Bootcamp called "Thunderbird Academy" in Pryor, Oklahoma. I had left for two weeks and came back to gaia locking my account. I thought the cutoff date as 5 years?? If so , why was my account locked just after two weeks??? I'v filed a ticket on 7/28/14 and its now 9/18/14. I just want my account back. Please help.

They reduced it to 2 years, but there seem to have some glitch that locked others. In any case, there is a serious backlog and it will take a while for the admins to get to your ticket seeing there are so many others ahead in the line. All you can do is wait patiently.

Just noticed: There seems to be a trend with is of Crown Royal names. I think there is even a while guild dedicated to it.
