That's what someone replied to me in the event forum.

I've heard this elsewhere too, though I've never seen any screenshots/proof. If it does come from the mini games, I hope they up the drop rate or become easier to get in the other mini games as they're unlocked.

I sure as hell hope so since the items cost around 5 of those charms as is. Just another c**k slap to the users' faces from Gaia.
