I sort of have this person's problem. My old account was Kallie, and I hadn't been on Gaia for months, and during this time they changed the way to retrieve your password, with security questions. So, I forgot my password in this time, and could never get back on my account. I did tell someone, and they said it'd take months, but I don't really think anyone's doing anything =( and I had alot of gold on there...I do like this account more, now, though, but I wouldn't mind getting to relive my days on Kallie..*sighs*
