One of the more classic features of Gaia is the shop exchange. Games like Fishing, Towns, And even z0mg pay out in material items that can be exchanged at NPC stores.
It would be great if new prize items were added to the exchange on a regular basis.
People are asking for updates to old games, bugfixes etc. And to an extent, those seem to have roadblock or the programmers etc. needed just aren't available.
The ONE thing I see a lot of in this site is new avatar items, and diverting just a little of that art towards new items for the exchanges would probably reap big dividends, because user experience is your product here. Even the biggest whales won't drop money on a site they aren't having fun with.
Now this will improve the user experience for free players, by making the games more enticing to play, and giving them something to enjoy, and in addition give them buying power in the marketplace. And if they enjoy themselves, they're more likely to buy gaia cash and become paying players.
For the whales, this both gives them both more to DO while they wear, and still provides them new items to attain. Especially considering gold generators don't seem to be going away anytime soon. An exchange item will be just as accessible to cash players as anything right in the cash shop, whether they want to earn it, buy it, or buy the items to craft it with.
These games need a good update/fix before the exchange in shops does.
Ideally, yes. But it doesn't seem like they really have the programmers to do anything like a "fishing 2" etc.
They're churning out new avi items like there's no tomorrow, so it probably wouldn't be much of a reach for them to make some new avi items for the exchange.
