I don't think it was anything that was implemented previously by Gaia itself, but i do know there was a Greasemonkey userscript for Firefox (can also be used for Tampermonkey in Chrome......its a script i am still using) that added the link to the dropdowns (as well as a few other links).......However the script hasnt been updated in a long long time (not even sure if the creator is still making scripts)

Oooh. Maybe. o 3o;; I don't recall ever using greasemonkey though. I know what it is tho. o: Just never bothered.
