After Keitaro, Naru, and the others leave and move on with their lives, Grandma Hina decides to shut down the apartments. Yet, she has one last resident what wishes for a place to reside. So, the elderly woman hires him and takes another five men into the house.
These five men are college students trying to push their way through school and their jobs.
