Wardrobe Essentials?

Hey guys, I really want to change up my wardrobe I have cleared out clothes which don't fit me anymore/ aren't my style/ have not worn in a long time

So my wardrobe is practically empty now

What would your suggest for wardrobe basics? How many pieces of clothing for tops/ bottoms/etc ?

I live in a positively hot climate which only experiences summer

I think some good essentials are black/grey/white cardigans, jeans and black leggings !!!
Stuff you can wear all the time and is easy to match u vu
You can wear crazy tops/'fad'-ish tops under the cardigan.

Also grab a bandeau and tanktops ??

I live in SoFla so we have a similar climate. Hot and humid, it is.

Regular people in privileged countries may have:

7 underwear
3 bras
1 Pair of black tights
1 pair of rainboots
1 pair of sneakers
1 pair of black heels, flats, or dress shoes
3 pairs of jeans (dark wash, light wash, and medium wash boot-cut)
2 pairs of shorts (one red, one blue)
2 skirts (one black, the other whichever)
6 blouses
4 tshirts
2 tank-tops (white, black)
2 dresses (one dressy, one casual)

A light blazer. Makes you look insta-professional.
Light as in...in your warm weather, you won't die of heat stroke.
