How to deal with baggy eyes?

I don't have bags but I have a brown/purple line under my eyes like this:

A good tip that I've heard is that if you drink tea and use tea bags, leave a tea bag to cool off on a plate or something, and when they are cooled, close your eyes and place those on your eyelids. Keep there for 20-30 minutes!
Also cold spoons work, I've heard!

For covering dark circles I use Garnier Roll_on 2-in-1 or something like that. It covers nicely and it contains caffeine so it helps too!

For special occasions, if my eyes are puffy I'll dab a little PrepH on them, I know it sounds gross but it works!

Waterr, bleck xP and i put some coffee on a cotton pad and make a little caffine patch to pit on my eyes, caffine does good but having it directly can burn so putting a tiny bit on a pad and having it spread will make a nice little pick me up for eye bags
