Help with jean sizes.

So I want to buy this pair of jeans but when i try to choose a size the only options are single number and I don't know what that means. Does it mean they are 27 27 and 30 30 or what?

My guess is that it's just the waist.
I don't understand why guys' jeans are so confusing.
Us girls just have waist number and for length, "Short, Regular, and Long."

Then how am I supposed to know the length without it telling me?

I woudl say look for the size guide, but I cant find it. I guess, you could email them about the sizes?
