banned by a gift?

Is it possible to get perma banned due to a gift you got that was gained by hacking??
cuz my main acc got perma banned and the only reason i can think it happened is because one my friends gifted me an item that was gained by hacking..

The gift would probably be removed from your account, Gaia doesn't ban innocent people.

You can appeal bans by filing a ticket
If the link doesn't work clear your cache and try again.
Or scroll down to the "Contact Us" link on every Gaia page.
Click it and scroll down again until you see the link that says "Click Here", do so and then proceed with the ticket filing process.

That's false information. Gaia does not ban people for receiving gifts that have been hacked/scammed/gained illegitimately if they're innocent.
All bans are done for a reason.
