Stylish - I'd give myself a 10 out of 10. (2hot4y'all) I remind myself a little bit of Madoka, with a different color scheme, goodness.
Practical - NOT AT ALL. Look at that. How am I supposed to move without tripping, being a semi clumsy person? It'll have to be long distance attacks for me.
Powers - I'd probably wish to... I can't think of any. This is why I wouldn't be a Puella Magi. Uh. Perhaps some control over the classical elements, based off of my outfit? I'd probably wish for the ability to manipulate time (one of my favorite things. Why do you think I'm a Witch of Time ((Homestuck))?), or the ability to heal/manipulate life (another nice aspect, because Void wouldn't be too helpful.)

Magical, maybe. I think the sparkles should count.
My powers would be cynicism, sarcasm, the ability to knit or crochet my way out of any situation, and somehow using these starfish bead thingies as a weapon. :T
