Welcome to the Ticket Tracker~ our little unofficial thread for keeping track of how long tickets are taking to be progressed. I know there are some great threads out there for how many tickets are currently in circulation, who has commissioned what - the whole shebang. But there seems to be a lack of information on how long these tickets are taking - from submission to completion.

Having heard a broad variety of feedback from other ticket owners, it seems that our experiences really do vary! So, for all of those who are looking to get their hands on a ticket, hopefully this thread can give you a rough idea of what to expect over the coming weeks and months.

This stat will be updated soon; for a while, 100% of users were reporting over the official maximum waiting period. We are now hearing about some ticket owners who had shorter waits. It really seems to vary between artists~

June 19th - The day I submitted all my poses.
July 14th - The day I had my poses accepted / ticket removed.

13th May - 1st July: nothing. I chased them up on the 1st, asking if there was any progress.
1st July: Email to say I was next in line.
16th July: Mock up received.
18th July: Requests for changes sent.
18th July: Email acknowledged as received.
27th July: Possible changes emailed to Gaia again; still no response.
28th July: Alternative mock-up commissioned sent to Gaia again; still no response.
7th August: Dolls finally received. Email also received, saying they had not seen the changes I wanted made before it had been completed, so they would not be implemented.
Total time; 69 Business days

07/08/2014 - Got approval of both tickets and both tickets were removed from my inventory. Merged the two tickets into one email and sent in descriptions as well. Got approval of the descriptions immediately. Yowza. Color me very impressed.
26/08/2014 - Mocks received For both Items and approved.
31/08/2014 - Eccentric Cadance Released ! Total time 30 business days, right on track !

20/07/2014 - Acquired my second ticket after winning the first. Had to go to bed for my early shift, though, so I did not send my email until the next afternoon
21/07/2014 - Sent a separate email about the second ticket, including item choice, recolor item names, color scheme to follow. Did not link to existing items in this email, but mentioned which color sources to use. Did not send description as I didn't realize back when we picked it as well. Will do so in my next email.
07/08/2014 - Got approval of both tickets and both tickets were removed from my inventory. Merged the two tickets into one email and sent in descriptions as well. Got approval of the descriptions immediately. Yowza. Color me very impressed.

I know this doesn't seem much compared to some of the others ticket holders who have been in line for months on end, and I do agree that those should be given priority. But I was told it took roughly a week to get approval before sending them in. Three weeks for a simple yes, or a no - please pick something else, seems pretty unacceptable to me. I understand it would take time to create the item, make the mock ups, but it shouldn't take three weeks just to answer a simple yes or no question.

I also wish they had some sort of automated reply bot to let you know the emails were received. Right now I have no idea if my emails even made it or not, and emailing again would only add to the problem.

The staff member (I believe this is only one of them handling all the ticket emails, but I might be wrong) being sick is something I can accept and understand, which calmed me down somewhat, but I don't understand why another staff member was not affected to her position when it became obvious that her sick leave wouldn't be just a few days - or why she is the sole staff member handling these emails, given how many of these tickets have been released now.

They seem to be picking up the pace now, which is good. I am hoping approvals will be quicker after the bulk of the in-process tickets are done and released.

Rather than tracking who has what items, it's more of a focus on how long tickets take to actually be created ^^; I know Gaia gives the guidelines of 30-60 business days, but does anywhere track if they actually keep to this? ^^:

I have seen people been discussing that there too as well as it was added to the first post about the terrible response time.

I am really sorry that as a business Gaia is failing so much on delivering the goods that should be their priority as you are the Clients for them at the moment and you should demand the service.
Technically - what I would do I would check is ToS not secretly changed past few days to protect them in this case when they won;t deliver things like this. It has been proven before that when in trouble Gaia love to change the ToS under the radar of users -Just in case-.

I wish we could do more.
Well, there isn't actually - I - in - WE -, never had and never will have a ticket.

I've got a small section in the first post of my thread (that someones linked) but it doesn't have the full info you're after.
Usually I've just asked for when they got their first reply, mocks and the total time taken.
Hopefully with this users can get a better estimate for their tickets :]
