You can either get a Golden ticket, baby golden ticket or mini golden ticket that lets you create an item. Or you can go the stupid expensive route and buy a platinum ticket to make it your 3rd pose or you can choose a shirt that already exists and recolor it to the color and design you want using a Rainbow ticket

Depends what you want to do.
Rainbow Ticket can recolor an item
Baby Golden can give you a single new pose (given how CRAZY expensive mini and full golden are, this is your best bet)
and there is a paw golde and a paw rainbow as well which do the same thing for paws.

The human rainbow is like, 15~20 tril, baby golden is like, 25~30 tril, and the paw tickets average about 5 tril each I think. Maby as much as 10 tril for the golden paw.

Well Inosab is rare and expensive too so I see no problem hooking up.
