WHAT DOES THIS FASHION STUB DO?
- Winners of a Quartz Fashion Stub can trade it in to recolor one pose of one pre-existing hair of their choice!
You will receive 10 copies of the finished item to keep, sell, give away or trade.
The winner’s recolored item will be featured inside of a Chance Item as a common drop.
The winner’s recolored item will not be sold for Gold/Cash by Gaia Online during the time the item's initial release is in the cash shop, but there is a possibility that this may happen in the future.
The winner's recolored item will be re-released based on the Gaia Team's discretion. There is no wait time for re-release.
STUB RULES
- Your recolored item is limited to one pose per submitted stub.
This is a combine-able fashion stub. Meaning every stub submitted upon your 1st initial order submission equals one more recolorable pose to your item.
There is no limit to how many poses (equal to how many stubs submitted) you may add to your item.
Items combined must be the same item however. You cannot request to recolor one hair and then try to add on another pose of another item's hair.
This combine-able stub is only combine-able with other quartz stub fashions types. You cannot use this stub fashion to combine with any Project Customs Ticket.
All stubs must be present upon your initial order if you would like to add poses. We will not be adding more poses to your order after your initial order has been accepted.
poses are only stackable if they are exactly the same pose
Your recolored item may not be a limited quantity item before its first 6 months of release. Nor can it be any hair or pose before it's initial 1st month of release.
There is no guaranteed time that your order will be completed.
You may request to recolor an item that is part of a set.
You cannot request to recolor a hair from a kindred set
You cannot request to recolor a recolor from the Gold Shop
You cannot request any glows for this item
Any recolored item that comes as a result of this stub cannot be used in any project fashion request. (make up kit etc.) Your newly created hair pose is not a new standalone item or pose. It is still considered part of a set and cannot be requested to be recolored outside of a stub fashion order.
You cannot ask for an item to have it's original shape changed or to be repixeled in any way. It may only be recolored.
Rainbow patterns, splatter patterns, star patterns and other patterns are not allowed.
You may not request any ombres/gradients on your hair.
You may only pick one solid color for your hair to be regardless of original color placements/streaks or ombres.
You may not request special agape-able colors even if they were present in the original item.
You may not request any changes to opacity of item.
All Original agape/sketchbook cuts/layering that change the hairstyle will be still present.
You are allowed one round of revisions after you receive a pixeled mock of your item.
Your item may not be an animated pose.
You may recolor items for the Animal base.
You may recolor bangs and hair extensions
You may choose to recolor any previous accessories that were in the original hair. However each accessory will be based on the original item's initial color placements.
You may not choose to recolor these accessories in any colors but solid colors. (no ombres/rainbows/starlit etc)
Your item's rarity in its initial release in a Chance Item depends solely on the final pose count of your item. The more poses, the more rare of a drop upon its initial release.
You may not request any new tags or descriptions of this item besides your username. Only the name of the new item.
Your username and usermade will be the only added tags to the item. We will personally pick all other tags associated to your new recolor
You may sell/trade/gift or redeem your fashion at any time. There is no expiration date but one may be added in the future.
Your item's colors are exclusive only to fashion stub orders. We may or may not reuse the same colors in future recolors of a gaia online recolor of the same set the item originally came from.
Colors requested are on a first come first service basis. If another user has submitted the same hair in the same color, then who submitted after will be force to pick another color.
Your item must not be identical or compete with items currently existing on Gaia Online.
Your item must not contain any sexually explicit, profane, disparaging, libelous or other inappropriate content, or poses that are abusive towards other users or staff members.
Your item must not contain any commercial content that promotes any product, service, or copyrighted materials.
We have full discretion to deny any design if we feel it is not appropriate for Gaia Online.
