You mean the extra "equipped list" and other windows which pop up at the bottom of your screen?

usually fixes things. If not, add this to your theme override instead:
.premium_sparkle, #avatar_menu+div+div, noscript+script+script+noscript+div[style*='display']~div {display:none;}

Mine does that to. I think its just a glitch that Gaia hasn't fixed yet. Hope that helped. blaugh
