Okay so the first one is, How do I change the color for links on my profile. Right now it's an ugly orange color and I saw a friend had a cute pastel blue for hers.
Second is, how do I put an animated mouse for my profile? I have Safari so I'm not sure if it's because of the browser or what. :c

um. for the link, try

a:link {color: xxxx;}
a:hover {color: xxxx;}

replace xxxx with a color code.
