Well, if you have any multimedia files hosted on the web, what you would do to post one is insert the link into that little white box left for you to fill (after you click multimedia). If you don't have a host for your multimedia, there are a few sites that will host your things for free, such as Ripway, but I would remain cautious about anything for free.
