but the user and the mule that had it doesnt look much active

I dont want to strip credit from this user but i dont know how to add a music option onto this one and i waited about 15 to 20 min to try and get it to play but no luck

See the part where it says "Multimedia" under your Theme Override box?
Paste a youtube url there.

Oh, duh, never mind xp
The code you have has #multimedia set to display:none -- in order words the original coder made it so that you can't have multimedia on that profile.
If you want that to be added, your background wouldn't fit it your code anymore... so you would have to get that redone as well
You might want to try asking in Personalized Graphics for someone to do that ^^;
