Did watch the PPV, I tried looking up the results for the WWE match but the website seems to be only telling people how it came to happen and not what happened.
So could someone tell me how Big Show lost? So John Cena came out and Randy Orton just had a stare down?
I actually knew the Wyatt's were going to lose though it wasn't hard to guess.
Show knocked out Orton on the outside and rolled him into the ring. When he went to get in, HHH's music hit and he, Steph and Kane came out onto the ramp. Show was looking back and yelling at them and then went to get in the ring and took an RKO. Then Orton punted him (cause it's 2009 again) and pinned him. Then Cena came out to boos and got in the ring and Cole tried to play it off like the fans actually care about either Orton or Cena...and if it sounded bad from reading it, it still doesn't do it justice to just how stupid it was.
On a sidenote: WWE needs to stop trying to be so "with it." They're always pulling this stupid s**t where they think that making references keeps them relevant, but they come off as some cheesy old man.
At least "The Authority" didn't get physical in the match.
wink Wonder what The Big Show is going to do next. Probably get taken out of the story line like Daniel Bryan after his last WWE title match.
Seriously though Best for Business crap is getting annoying. Exactly how long has it been going on for now?
Big Show will be relegated back to the mid card. That's my guess anyway. Honestly, I don't care where he ends up, as long as they stop centering the show around him.
And I actually wouldn't mind the "best for business" stuff...if they were actually using it effectively. I mean, if they were at least using the hate their getting for pushing guys the fans are supposed to boo, that would be fine. When they were doing it with D-Bry, I was okay with it...until they'd get to the PPV and pull some bullshit finish (which, ironically, they then blamed the poor PPV buys on Bryan instead of their s**t creative team and management). Instead, they're trying to straddle the line between being heels and being faces (on occasion) and it just looks half-assed...and some of me is thinking HHH now has Hulk Hogan Heel disease, where he tries to be the heel everyone cheers for cause he can't let go of the limelight.
