USA Network has been playing commercials for "Lucha Underground" during RAW's hours for the last few weeks now. Wonder why Vince is letting that slide. You'd think he'd be pretty darn upset about some other promotion advertising themselves on his time. Am I missing something here?

Yes, you are missing something. Vince doesn't control the commercials. That air time is for anyone who has the money to buy it. It's actually a good strategy, and one TNA didn't do nearly enough.
