Mind Over Matter is a breedable/changeable interest thread based on Double Fine's award winning game, Psychonauts.

If you like cartoony antics and artwork, psychic children, international espionage, and the exploration of individuals minds, then you've come to the right place! Don't worry if you are unfamiliar with the source material; we're going to do our best to present the information necessary as neatly as possible. Alternatively, we'll also be running regular livestreams of the game for those who cannot play it. However, we do recommend you take a look at it on Steam, or on Good Old Games, for only $10.00USD.

Mind Over Matter is currently looking to hire one (1) manager.

Managers get Teacher Assistant characters!
All Teacher Assistants start as Students.
If you already have one character, this will take up your second character slot.
If you do not have a character yet, you will now!
All characters need to have their profiles approved before they can be played or receive journals.

Payment for managers = 20% from auctions and paid raffles. This means payment varies.

Responsibilities & Expectations
The actual job of managing at Mind Over Matter is currently amorphous. Responsibilities may change depending on how the shop functions past official opening. However, we do have certain expectations that you will need to follow in order to qualify for this position.

Managers will need to assist with writing, event planning, event running, and mechanic testing. They must be able to answer questions about the shop, its NPCs and characters, and assist new people in the thread with any issues or concerns. They should be friendly and excited about the shop. Managers must be able to provide critique to quest threads at staff or user request.

Managers MUST be available to chat frequently! Please get Skype if you do not already have it, as we will be using a group Skype chat for all staff business. Managers must be open to talking with all other staff members and not adverse to teamwork.

Teacher Assistants
At Majesco Psychic Academy, teacher assistants are assigned to or chosen by a specific instructor. They are on call to assist all faculty, as well as provide assistance to students (whether it be with scholastic or psychic courses) while dealing with their own classes and homework. They are very busy characters! TAs may help plan club events, proctor for tests, assist with committee projects (such as prom or field trips), and work at the school store. They are also the first ones approached when sign ups for student counselors open at Murmuring Pines.

Charlotte Lamb, assigned to Miss Nightshade, played by Ka-ray-zee
