Because the way the layout is done, it's meant to have royals and rebels alternate, which I guess doesn't make a huge amount of difference, but that means someone who has a royal should post next.

You can just reference from our applications from the beginning. HB can be just something low like 1 billion. Then AB can be decided at a later date.
