As I recall, there was a case in Ohio where they went looking for a fugitive in a lady's home and found a trunk full of porn, and because it was a "good faith" search, they punished her for the porn.

Bothersome thing is, I swear a fugitive can't fold himself flat and place himself inside a magazine. (At least, I believe it was magazines, I'm a bit fuzzy on some of the details.)

I think if s**t like this was to happen there would be a surge of voters coming out in droves to ensure it doesn't happen. Might motivate the busy and the lazy to go out there and vote.
