I never did, although I was tempted once or twice. The worst I probably did was give the Rival a name of a person whom I was angry at at the moment. I saw a webcomic recently that made fun of the issue though.

Anyways...almost always....TRUE! At least with regards to my in-game team. I never bother to hold back evolution.

False for Ninfina, if it is confirmed without a doubt to be an Eevee evolution I will catch it in the games. However true with multiple threads talking about nothing but Ninfina.
Next Person: Wants an evolution in the 6th generation for a Pokemon that only has one evolution, or only two evolutions.
(I kind of want a pre-evolution for Vulpix, because an older Pokedex entry says that Vulpix has one white tail before it splits into the six for Vulpix.)
