People on the Bulbagarden forums are discussing Touya and Touko's new names. But just how legit is this? Is this a fake? They provide screenshots, but I can't find a good enough source.

Anyway, apparently:
Touko is now Hilda
And Touya is now Hilbert

Sounds like it. I disliked it at first, but I'm already getting used to them. Someone made the comment that the names sound better when you imagine the main characters with German accents because of the German origins of Hilda and Hilbert.

I was honestly hoping for their names to stay Blair and Whitlea, but I don't mind these names after I've given them German accents in my little head canon. <3

I doubt I'll get used to them. They sound gross. Dawn/Lucas they were okay names(I liked Dawn but Lucas took some time getting used to) May/Brendan were good names but Hilda(makes her sound old) and Hilbert(sounds older) are horrible!

Hmm, these names are okay. I was sort of hoping that Hilda's name would stay Whitlea (I have a cousin with that name) but Hilda isn't really that bad.

Honestly, it makes me laugh how many people are raging about this.
You can change their names so it really doesn't matter.

Not to mention they are really not bad names.
