Looking for a shiny tepig

Hey all i am looking for a shiny tepig. It can be legit or halfway legit, and what i mean is by action replay have a shiny tepig all normal stats, iv's, and all normal moves. All i have to trade for it is zoruas. I am sorry i dont have anything else to trade, but all is appreciated.

Oh the one where you put in a few numbers in the wi-fi settings and poof free Pokemon.. Well their like clones or something but it's awesome
