Thank you all for your advice, I'd like to inform you that he is doing well now.

He still needs stimulation to be able to go number Two, and I took him to the vet, and she helped him with his constipation.

He is doing a lot better, Had some diarrhea yesterday, but that is also getting better.

He also had an infected claw when I got him and that is getting much better as well, and I am keeping it nice and clean. ^^

He will be a good cat, I know the little guy will make it.
