hmmm, well in a musical
Adelaide from Guys and Dolls<3
But one of my dream roles is Jack from lord of the flies, in a girl production. I went to see a girl production of the play a couple of years ago, and I fell in love with the part of Jack.
Yonah, from Children of Eden. (Or Cain, but I'm female and I'd also have to play Japheth, and he's opposite to Yonah.)
Hodel or Chava, from Fiddler on the Roof.
Queenie, from Honk!.
Gertrude, from Seussical.
Aldonza/Dulcinea of man of la mancha, the witch/little red from into the woods, or the countess in a little night music. But honestly, the only part that would work for me in mt out of those three is the first. I am a classical soprano with a bigger voice and that is not a typical mt character.
Mrs. Lovett -- Sweeney Todd
Mother -- Ragtime
Asaka -- Once on this Island
Huck or the Duke (even though they're guys) -- Big River
Katharine -- Newsies
Paulette or Elle -- Legally Blond
Haha I figured there would be a dozen Elphaba's and Glinda's in here considering how hard core Shwartz's musical in trending but right now I'd have to choose Wendela from Spring Awakening. Such an amazing show. I'd even be happy to play Ilse.
Velma or Roxie from Chicago, doesn't really matter, both are fun.
Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes.
Mrs. Hannigan in Annie.
Ronette, Chiffon, or Crystal from Little Shop of Horrors.
And even though I'm a lady:
Sir Robin in Spamalot.
Elder Price in Book of Mormon.
Eliza from My Fair Lady
Mrs. Hannigan from Annie
Madame Morrible from Wicked
The Voice of Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors
The Witch from Into the Woods
