Demons

Adieu I say to you,
I am the shadow that cannot be seen,
Sound that cannot be heard,
Wind that cannot be felt,

I live through the darkness,
Wherein silence is my insanity,
Loneliness filled into my veins,
Darkness is my one and only friend,

You may not know me,
But I know you,
I creep into the darkness and into the light,
I am everywhere,

I watch you as I watch the others,
I am no more than but a stalker you might say,
Though I am you're knight and shinning armor,
Abandoned me if you must,

But I won't abandoned you,
I will still watch over you,
Move in mysterious ways,
Until the day you lie in a coffin,

I am nothin' but a shadow in the night,
A sound of cries,
The wind of misery,
I am the demon that sleeps in you.
