Story

Formerly codenamed 'Riverton', Silent Hill was the original base of STAG. In the attack of Virulence upon the hell world duplicate, it was evacuated prior to it's destruction. The dark god Samael was destroyed, thus freeing the town from it's curse. The veil of fog lifted. Yet, a darkness remains as a taint upon the ghost town.

Much has happened, and it's history recorded... but here, another chapter of the story begins. ACT III - Post FFA Apocalypse...

Rules

1. My word is law.
2. No A+ Class characters or higher (more powerful than an x-men)
3. Future tech limited to within 50 years; No time-traveled tech; no advanced alien tech
4. NPC armies are a NO. No more than 15 NPCs per attacking force.
5. WMD's limited to massive doomsday counters. No insta-destroy all.
6. No Omniscience. THere better be a damn good reason you can find the main base of operations out of an entire town.
