-Quick Description- This is by no means a "Noob" Mafia, A "noob" would not set up a real guild just for its highest ranking officers. This is one of the, in my opinion, most realistic mafia's you will find on Gaia. You see, we will be setting up all around Gaia. We will soon have a store in the marketplace area of Gaia. There will be a few other things we will be doing, listed in a later post.

This guild is based around respect. You respect other mafias, you respect those who outrank you, and you also respect other users of Gaia.

- Open to attack?- Why don't you take a look at what this is? This is a mafia, this isn't some group of thugs, who you send a ******** tank to, and blow s**t up. This is a real style mafia. Sending someone out for a hit, rigging car bombs, Drive by's, or even as far chucking a grenade somewhere is ok. But look, sending over a tank, grenade launcher. You watch too much T.V.


- Story- Growing up in a Rough Neighborhood, Rob Rispetto had to do something to protect himself from gang violence. He started out as a kid just making runs, putting a little coke in his backpack and making his way to wherever he was told to go. As he got older, he joined a street gang. This is where he learned Respect, the most important thing there is in a life of crime. As he grew older, he quickly moved up in the ranks, people knew his loyalty and responsibility. He started heading large coke deals. It eventually got to the point, where he never even put his hands on the coke anymore. He bought his own mansion, and started hiring his own men. He had spent very little time w/ drugs himself, after he got off of coke, he would never use it again; although, he knew it was necessary to keep the things he had.(that's not the main part of this guild, that's only a small part.)

- Rules-
NO cybering, this includes anything past a kiss.
NO Godmoding?Do we really have to say that?
NO Magic, this is a modern day guild.
NO using those quote towers, learn how to cut quotes, it's annoying.
NO popping in unless you?re a member.
NO coming in here if you do not know how to RP correctly, that means use of symbols to indicate OOC and IC ECT.
NO using tanks and bullshit like that, keep in mind that in a real town, police would be everywhere...
ONLY do driveby's and such once, because in real life, the cops would be out there after the first shooting. Drive by's do not have to be run by me, because in real life, you wouldn't tell the leader of a mafia that you were about to do a drive by. Pending the location of even a member, they will be instructed to be dead on drive by's. But remember the layout of the place.
ONLY have conflict w/ members of the mafia, if they disrespect you.
ONLY speak OOC if you have to. No mindless drivel about nothing.
NEVER disrespect a member of higher rank than you, if they don't at least take out your leg, I will.
NEVER use your rank to ******** w/ other members lower than you, if I catch you abusing your power, I will ******** you up. There is nothing wrong w/ being an a*****e to a member lower than you, especially if it is to show them who's boss, but know the line not to cross, if you don't, I will remind you, and not w/ a simple friendly PM either.

- Alignment- this is a mafia, there is no alignment. There is what I like to call, "Crime & Corrections." Meaning the felons, cons, burglars, basically anyone who commits crime are "Crime," and Police, Military, and anyone who protects the rights of citizens are "Corrections."

Description-

Layout- Three above ground stories, and a basement.

Ground Level- A pool is outside, which will not be used much. There is a set of stairs, one leading downstairs, and the other leading upstairs. There is also an elevator leading to all levels. Here you will find the o so popular Bar filled w/ plenty of Beverages. Also, here is the sitting area, the place where much of the conversation will happen. REMEMBER there is a gate, so NO popping in, as stated in the rules. The Island this building was strategically placed on, is on the coast, next to a road (it is like this so that drive by?s are feasible). Although, parking is outback, you can park in front, and if you do not indicate where you park, it is assumed that you parked out front. If a drive by occurs, and you are out front outside of your car, you will be considered dead, no matter who you are. This is to keep it realistic. The gate is between the parking lots and the house, so you have to get out of your car, and walk up to the gate to get in. Also on the ground level, there is a garage outback.

Second Story- Here, you will find a pool table, and many other table games. There is also here, a stereo system. This is a nice open place to relax.

Third Story- Here is all the offices, and also, where I will spend most of my time, even when I'm online.

Basement- Here is where all the dealing with drugs occurs, also, where all the money is worked out. There is also here, a computer system that is not linked to the internet, or any other computers. These computers control the ground surveillance, the cameras, ECT.

There are camera's everywhere, there is pretty much no where outside that they can't see. There are NO cameras in the house, except one next to my office door. Basically the top floor is like this, stairs/elevator, directly go to a long hall, w/ doors on each side, and a door at the end, the door at the end is mine, w/ a camera next to it. The camera is directly linked to a screen in my room. There is no way to jump into my office before I know your coming. Including especially if you come in on a boat. You have to post that a boat is coming, then you can post that the boat lands a minute or so later.

There are phones all over the house. Phone calls are very professional. Also, I have a personal cell (AIM) (there is also text messaging (PMing))

The above, also lists the defenses. Except the new gate. The new gate is made up of entirely Reinforced Titatium alloy, it will take more than C4 to get through this s**t... Also,it is linked togother tightly, so no cars can just Ram through it. And I would say there is no hacking into the computer system inside the gate(used to remember codes and finger prints.) But that would be unrealistic. To hack into the comp system you have to post every 5 minutes or so, for fifteen minutes (real time) before it gets broken into. Therefore allowing you in, but allowing a heads up, as that would be real... Climbing the gate w/ anything more than...I'll be lenient...hand guns straped to you, or stuck on you in some way, and a small lightweight assault rifle straped to your back. The ground is monitered(As is the ground around such places as Casino's for up to 150 feet.) for twenty-five feet from the building.

But know, that this being a realistic mafia, does not have a shitload of guns. A real mafia doesn't so we don't either. It's due to police raids and things in RP. (I put this here because of Romani's too much TV watching a**. I mean the Cache of guns he has.)

--Job Descriptions--

-My right hand man- This is someone willing to help me personally run the guild. There will be paperwork involved. You will also be able to accept members, and ban/invite members into The Circle.

-The Circle- These are the most highly respected members, besides me and my right hand man. This select group will be aloud into the confidential meeting place (actual guild.) This select group has the opportunity to make changes in the guild itself. The number one member of the circle is the leader of the circle. They have the most power, but cannot boss around my second hand man.

-Respected- This group runs a lot of things. This group helps run the subgroups of this Mafia. This group is elected here after serving some time in the mafia doing other jobs.

-Friends of the Family- These people are not necessarily members of the Mafia, but acquaintances. These people will be show respect by everyone, especially those listed under them.

--Assorted Jobs-- Names listed under these jobs can also be listed above, in the Friends of the Family Section or Higher.

-Bartender- More often than not, simply people who don’t wish to do any of the dirty work, but socialize in the house and bars(IC)

-Bar Owners- These people will own bars, and be paid for it. Contact me for details after you are accepted into the Mafia.

-Shop Owners- (places where we, RP, launder the money we get.) These people will run shops in the RP marketplace, Gold will be made here, and you will be paid. If you are accepted, you can contact me for details and such.

-Body Guards- Body guards can be hired for any one. If a member requests a body guard, and they are the first on the list for requests, then you will work for them.

-Hitmen- If you don't know what this job is, don't request it. But either way, Hitmen will be good RPers, people who are willing to say that then are dead, people who know what god-moding is.

-Researchers/informants- These people will spend most of there time on other guilds, listening to what's going on in other guilds. (This is, in RP, done by sound equipment and satellites.) Also, they will research what is going on in other parts of Gaia.



Getting Into the Rispetto Mafia.

1. I will not just accept you willy nilly. I will do background checks, check out the posts you've made elsewhere. I will ask people about you if I need to. It will not be too easy to get in.

2. Dressing Nice is pretty much required. A person wearing a tail is probably not going to be accepted, unless I know them outside of the mafia. If two people apply for the same job, and one's wearing a suit, and the other is wearing informal clothing, the person w/ the suit will be accepted first.

3. Having AIM will be a big boost for you.

4. I will except you if you are a member of another mafia, but you will never reach "The Circle" It will be very hard to even become "respected"

He was making a name for him self as a Professional hacker. After one job with a medium sized business he started thinking about family, not just any family like a mother or father...a Mafia. He heard about one guy by the name Mr.Rispetto who had occupied a mansion and was recruiting the best. after thinking it over he made up his mind and sent this Mr.Rispetto an email about joining and his experiences in the field of work.
