Is Kaguya behind all of this?

I was reading Chapter 673 and I happened to notice these pages. The shadowed picture on page 12 reminds me of Kaguya because of the white eyes and the rinngean on the forehead. Is it possible that Kaguya could be the Shinju or Juubi or inside either of those things? Could she be influencing Madara to do everything he's doing What are your thoughts?

We haven't even been told what exactly happened with Kaguya in the first place. All Hagoromo told us was that he and his bro did what they could to stop her. I'm guessing that meant by sealing her deep inside the God Tree.

Madara will most likely be the victim in a strange reversal of power akin to what happened between Madara and Obito.
