Eh no. Looks totally like the studios made who work on the movie. Can't it just be some concept art that leaked or something lol. Since the movie is pretty much ready they have all the character images ready they just release them on the internet later and slow. And I won't be surprised about Hinata being shown so much, she is one of the main characters here, even more than Sakura.
