Go to the Moga Dex , Some mogas said "Evolve" click there then you have to capture the number of mogas that the moga need to evolve but you have to get "Evo Potions"

If you mean 6 Mogas , the other 3 are not released yet to get more team mogas you have to capture more mogas and go to the moga dex and add them to the team cool
