By Starseeds, you go to your friend's Home and click the basket (bottom left side) to give them a Starseed. You can only give three Starseeds per day.

By Whistles, you can give them by posting if you've captured a Moga or level a Moga. In addition, you can send a Whistle back if your friend use your Moga for Bonus Attack.
